2011 Rural Library Development Workshop at former Premier Zhou Enlai's hometown, Huai'an, Jiangsu, China
2011 workshop is designed to assist teachers and librarians in performing evaluation and assessment of their libraries and in-house programs. The Evergreen Education Foundation will address how to write proper project proposals, which include ways to continuously measure whether the intended goals are being met and to what extent. The workshop will also illustrate methods of writing reports based on proper documentation. We need to provide clear achievements resulted from gifts of our donors. In our assessment process, the Foundation will identify the strengths and weaknesses of our projects so that we are able to make important improvements in the future. Each of the annual workshops will also provide help sessions to answer and address concerns facing librarians and teachers from our sites.
