Biography of Xuming Zou 邹 序 明

Xuming Zou graduated from the Department of Library at Nankai University. Currently, he is the vice director of Hunan Library, a research librarian, the Secretary of Library Association of Hunan Province, the vice editor of Library Journal. His research is focused on library practice and theory. He published more than 20 papers including Knowledge Equity and Library Freedom, What We can Learn from American Public Library. He was the editor and participated in the publishing of more than 10 books including Series of Modern Bibliographic Postscript in Hunan, The Chronicles of Public Libraries in Hunan.
