Payment

 Advance payment can be made in US dollars by any of the following ways:

  1. Online payment.
    The payment will be made to Evergreen Education Foundation's PayPal account from your credit card or PayPal account.
  2. Banker's cheque, personal cheque, and company cheque are all acceptable as long as they are drawn against a US dollar bank account. Please send the cheque with the following memo:

    * Your name
    * The registration id (your email address)
    * The item this payment is for (registration or tour)

    The cheques should be made payable to Evergreen Education Foundation, and posted to the following address:

    Evergreen Education Foundation
    P.O. Box 5131
    Richmond, CA 94805 (USA)

    After posting the cheque, be sure to send a notification email to the Conference Secretariat with the following information:

    * Your name
    * The registration id (your email address)
    * The cheque amount
    * The item this payment is for (registration or tour)
    * The date you posted the cheque

  3. Bank transfer. In this case you will have to cover the transfer fee.

    Please send email to the Conference Secretariat to ask for the bank account information.

    After completing the bank transfer, be sure to send a notification email to the Conference Secretariat with the following information:

    * Your name
    * The registration id (your email address)
    * Your bank name, and account name, also the amount transferred
    * The item this payment is for (registration or tour)
    * The date of the transfer
     

The Conference Secretariat will send you a confirmation email within 1 week after receiving your payment. If you haven't heard from us in 2 weeks after you sent the notification email, please contact the Conference Secretariat and query about the status.
