Budget

The budget estimation shall be done by listing and adding up the cost of all inputs of the program, which have already been derived by the previous planning process. Note that all inputs listed in the Input Table of the Logical Planning Model need to be properly covered.

EEF has provided a budget template in Excel format for all EEF projects. Under each resource category, you need to list the resource items and estimated budget.

Also note that the expense structure of a program shall meet the requirements specified by EEF. For EEF small projects, the EEF requirements are detailed in EEF Library Small Project Guide of the corresponding year. For example, here is the 2011 EEF Library Small Project Guide.
