1 .Cover Page é¦–页

2. Executive Summary – should stand alone.  Explains why study was conducted, major conclusions, and main
                                             recommendations.   Minimum one page – maximum two pages.

3. Purpose of Assessment Project – Contains study goals and objectives, context and background, summary of most
                                                                   important and relevant literature on topic, study methods, collection and analysis of
                                                                   data. Needs to provide enough detail so that your study can be replicated by another
                                                                   library.

                                            Recommendations should be linked directly to study results.  Needs to include people responsible
                                             for implementing the changes, implementation procedures and dates, timeline for evaluating
                                             changes after they have been in effect for a certain period of time
