Introduction
You should now know the goals and benefits of Outcomes Based Planning and Evaluation and the structure of this course, covered in Module A: Overview.
In this module, you will learn the basic terms and overall process for planning outcome-based programs by:
- Assessing audience needs
- Analyzing the goals, motivations and resources of stakeholders
- Planning and shaping the program purpose to achieve desired outcomes
