Introduction

You should now know how to frame a program (Module B: Plan) and build a plan for activities and services or learning objectives (Module C: Build) to fulfill your purpose. 

In this module, you will learn how to evaluate the outcomes of a program, by answering the following questions:

• What would indicate success?
• How can you measure that?
• What is the target you’ve set to achieve?
