Introduction

By now you should have completed needs + resources => solution + evaluation, the main body of the logical planning.  Now we come at the last two sections for administrative purpose of the project. In terms of planning, there are two questions remaining:

• How much funding does the solution need? i.e. the budget estimation.
  
• If the solution will be provided by multiple parties, how is the responsibility divided?
  

When these two sections are done, you've completed the first iteration of the logical planning process and your Logical Planning Model worksheet is ready for review. More often than not, the worksheet goes through several iterations to resolve inconsistencies and oversights, before it gets into final state and is ready for submission.
