Registration on-site

In order to register after October 15^th, you must register on-site at the Hunan Library in Changsha, Hunan.

Registration fees

The registration will be processed once full payment has been received.

Online from August 15^th to October 15^th 2016	400 USD
Onsite after October 15^th, 2016	450 USD
Students	100 USD
Accompanying Person
Early Bird by August 15^th, 2016	100 USD

An "accompanying person" is a participant that is accompanying a regular delegate, speaker or a student delegate.

For full delegate, the registration fee covers

Name badge
Conference documentation (including proceeding)
Admission to all sessions
Conference meals (2 lunches on October 27^th and 28^th and 3 dinners from dinner on October 26^th, 27^th and 28^th)
One afternoon city tour

For accompanying person, the registration fee covers

Name badge
Conference documentation (including proceeding)
Admission to all sessions (cannot give a presentation or participate in panel discussions)

Confirmation

The Conference Secretariat will send confirmation of your registration within two week after receipt of your payment. If you have not received an electronic confirmation letter two weeks after having made payment, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation

Notification of registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted before October 15^th by email to the Conference Secretariat. The fee for registration cancellations received on or before October 15^th is 10% of the registration fee. For cancellations after October 15^th, 2016, no refunds will be given.

Evergreen Education Foundation, Hunan Library, and China Evergreen Rural Library Service Center, and/or its agents reserve the rights to change the conference arrangements or cancel the conference due to unavoidable and unforeseen reasons and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result. Should the conference be cancelled, any fees paid to the Conference Secretariat by the conference attendees for registration and tour booking will be fully refunded.
