Personal Stories
Evergreen Education Foundation brings more education opportunites to rural area, and helps young people there to reach their full potential. Here are stories of a few people whose life has been impacted.
Mr. Qiu, sponsored by Evergreen since 9th grade(⬆picture to the top), got admitted to TsingHua University, the very first from his high school. Picture to the right ➡ is taken when he volunteered in 2008 Olympic Games
Miss Ma, an Evergreen Education Foundation scholarship student in 2002, graduated from Normal University and bacame a teacher 2007. Neither her parents nor her 4 elder sisters had ever attended schools.
Miss Shang was sponsored 2008~2012⬆ by Evergreen, now a teacher⬆ in an international school in East China, had attended Normal University 2011 and studied as exchange student in Florida in 2014. She has been active in volunteering with Evergreen and become a core member of our Science in the Library team.
