會議綜述 Summary

美國青樹教育基金會與貴州省凱里一中於2013年7月15日至17日在凱里一中合辦了青樹教育基金會第六屆鄉村圖書館建設研討會。

本屆會議的主題是“實地調研”，以“口述歷史”和“焦點組訪談”為主要議題。與會者包括國內外圖書館界有關專家、學者、專業人士，以及青樹教育基金會在青海、甘肅、陝西、江蘇、雲南、貴州等省市的項目學校工作人員百餘名。

本次凱里會議的培訓內容包括：來自美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校圖書館的退休教授Louise S. Robbins和來自賓夕法尼亞大學的民俗學博士Ruth Olson對口述歷史和焦點組訪談的培訓；來自國家圖書館、湖南圖書館、嘉興圖書館、雲南大學圖書館和北京大學口述歷史團隊的實例分享；研討會還指導圖書館進行需求分析和服務評估；同時，為呼應2013-2014年度青樹的地方文化研究主題，本次會議還特別邀請人類學學者、四川大學文學與人類學研究所所長徐新建博士，做了中國文化根基的主題演講。本次研討會，鄉村圖書館員和教師代表與培訓專家及青樹工作團隊在3天的時間里圍繞著特定主題展開熱烈的討論，深度切磋。會議期間，專家團隊還到凱里市龍場鎮西家石龍寨進行了口述歷史和焦點組訪談的案例演習。

青樹教育基金會的宗旨是通過幫助中國鄉村建立現代化圖書館，提升農村人群的信息素養，為加速這些地區的發展提供助力。基金會每年舉行年會，為青樹項目學校搭建交流平台並對圖書館員進行培訓。自2003年以來，青樹已經成功舉辦了5屆側重於培訓和深度交流探討的鄉村圖書館研討會。

凱里一中創建於1941年，是貴州省最早的省級重點中學之一，也是黔東南州第一所省級示範型高中。學校所在的黔東南民族侗族自治州首府凱里市民風質樸，人民勤勞善良，熱情好客，處處洋溢著濃郁的高原豪放之氣。各民族用自己的聰明才智在創造美好家園的同時創造了絢麗多姿的民族文化，形成了各具特色的風土人情。由於黔東南州主要少數民族苗族、侗族都沒有文字，從古至今人們都是通過口耳世代相傳來傳承民族歷史和文化，"苗族古歌"、"侗族大歌"就是通過歌唱的方式"口述歷史"，與本次研討會的主要議題非常契合。

The 6th EEF Workshop was held at KaiLi No.1 High School who co-hosted the event on July 15-17, 2013.

The theme of this workshop was "Field Research", with "Oral History" and "Focus Groups Interview" as main topics. More than 100 participants including domestic/international library expers, scholars, professionals, and teachers/staff from schools with EEF programs in QingHai, GanSu, ShaanXi, JiangSu, YunNan, GuiZhou and other provinces and cities attended the workshop.

Trainings provided at workshop by scholars and experts: Dr. Louise Robbins, Dean and Professor Emeritus from University of Wisconsin-Madison Library; Dr. Ruth Olson from University of Pennsylvania; Oral History History Teams from China National Library, Hunan Library, Jiaxing Library, Yunnan University Library and Peking University Library.

To echo 2013-2014 EEF Local Cultural Research topics, the workshop invited anthropologist Dr. Xu Xinjian of Institute of Literature and Anthropology, Sichuan University to give the keynote speech titled "The Roots of Chinese Cultural".

反饋統計 Impact

Of 83 workshop participants, 53 (64% of 83) provided feedback.

Of these 53 people, 100% gave an overall rating for the workshop as 4 out of 5, or very good. 35 people provided an overall rating of 5, or excellent.

Of the 53 participants 13 (25% of 53) people found the workshop inspiring for their small projects. 24 people (45% of 53) evaluated the topics as very significant in relationship to local cultural issues.

In the eyes of the participants, the great strengths of the workshops were case studies and focus group training. Rubrics training, which utilized in-class projects and cross-group evaluation, is an area that needs more attention. Only 14 participants (27% of 53) reported basic concepts as easy to understand.
